Joint Agreement

Cooperative Agreement between the New England-Latin America Business Council and Chamber (hereinafter "The Chambers") hereby agree to work jointly for the mutual benefit of their members within the following terms:
1. The Chambers shall endeavor to develop and promote international commerce and investments among their member companies by exchanging trade information and member benefits, including commercial information, international trade information and the promotion of business contacts among their members;

2. The Chambers will mutually offer to their members the same services and facilities in their respective cities, with the same prerogatives and at the same contributions and cost recovering fees asked by each from their own members; in essence, AMCHAM members will be considered NELABC members and vice versa;

3. To take measures to link websites and other Internet devices in order to guarantee to members of both Chambers easy and immediate access to the information in the respective databanks;

4. To support each organization's respective members during their stay in either country, providing information services that will enable members to conduct business as successfully as possible;

5. To promote whenever possible business missions from one city to the other with or without the participation of local and/or State and Federal authorities;

6. Identify and contact business leaders, government officials and experts from various industries who may serve as potential speakers for each other's events;

7. To keep each other constantly informed about international events that may be of interest to each other's membership.
